Ossama is a lifelong student of the brain and the stories it tells. His research has taken him across six countries on four different continents. After earning his PhD from Switzerland's Brain Mind Institute at EPFL, he wrote Focused Mind to help people reclaim their attention in an age of distraction.

Now, Ossama is channeling his academic experience into literary fiction. Flossing with Cajal, his debut novel, is a story born from his own years in neuroscience labs.
